Colleague

Hybrid work has left companies sitting on space they no longer use. Colleague is a marketplace that matches those businesses with tenants who want long-term office space, part-time. Working with the founder from day one, we named the company, built the strategy, and shaped the identity around the tension Colleague exists to resolve: the old way of working against the new. The grid splits in two, vintage office photography on one side, the modern workplace on the other. In a category of corporate listing platforms, Colleague looks and sounds like none of them.
